Connect Grooved Piping to Flanged Equipment
- The grooved flange adapter is designed to connect grooved piping systems to pumps, valves, and other flanged equipment.
- One end is designed for grooved pipe connection, while the other end features a flanged outlet with standard bolt holes, enabling direct connection to flanged equipment.
- A customer in Indonesia installed a new fire pump with a flanged inlet, while his existing piping system was grooved. He wanted to avoid modifying the existing pipeline. By using our grooved flange adapter, the connection was completed within a short installation time.
- The grooved flange adapter is manufactured from ductile iron through casting with an anti-corrosion coating. It consists of a short pipe section with a flanged end. Sizes range from DN50 to DN300.
Simplified Connection Without System Modification
- This fitting allows grooved piping to be connected directly to flanged equipment without welding or modifying the existing pipeline system.
- Installation involves securing the grooved coupling on one side and bolting the flange to the equipment on the other side.
