Internal Thread Size Reduction Insert

The Galvanized Malleable Bushing is designed for reducing thread size from inside a larger threaded fitting. It allows a smaller male-threaded pipe to be connected to a larger female-threaded port.
The bushing is installed by threading into the internal female thread of the fitting, after which the smaller male-threaded pipe is connected directly into the bushing.
A customer in Singapore used this product on a DN65 valve with a female threaded outlet, connecting it to a DN25 male-threaded pipe. The installation provided a proper sealing fit without leakage under operating conditions.

Unlike external reducers, this bushing is installed inside the fitting body, making it suitable for compact piping systems where external space is limited.
