Internal Thread Size Adapter for Threaded Connections

The threaded reducing bushing is designed to connect fittings with different thread sizes by adapting a larger female thread to a smaller male thread.
It is installed by threading into a larger female fitting, after which a smaller male-threaded pipe or fitting can be connected.
A customer in Indonesia required a solution for connecting a DN50 female-threaded valve to a DN25 male-threaded pipe. By using our threaded reducing bushing, the connection was completed with a single component.
The threaded reducing bushing is manufactured from malleable iron through casting with a hot-dip galvanizing process. Size range is DN15 to DN100, with multiple reducing configurations available.

This bushing is used to bridge incompatible thread sizes within threaded piping systems, providing a compact and reliable transition solution.
