Safety Comes First - No Compromises
- Fire protection piping systems are critical and cannot use ordinary steel pipes, as that would pose serious safety risks.
- This fire protection steel pipe is specifically designed for fire sprinkler systems and is UL certified for the United States and CE certified for Europe. These certifications are widely accepted in many international markets.
- One of our customers in Singapore once told us that their previous supplier lacked UL certification, causing the shipment to be held at the port for three weeks. With our products, this issue does not occur, as all necessary documentation is complete.
- This fire protection steel pipe is manufactured by Juncheng Group, which also holds BSI and UKCA certifications for the UK market. Therefore, shipments to Europe, the United States, and other regions are fully supported.
- The material is Q235B carbon steel, longitudinally welded, and hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of 300g/m². Fire protection systems are highly sensitive to corrosion, as rust can block sprinkler operation.

- Minimum order value is RMB 10,000. Mixed sizes are allowed within a single order.

- We can also provide simple branding by printing your company name or logo on the pipe, suitable for project identification and marketing use.
- The product complies with GB/T 3091-2015, ASTM A53, and BS 1387 standards. Connection types include groove, threaded, and flanged ends.
Certifications Ensure Smooth Customs Clearance
- Juncheng Group also holds API 5L certification for gas pipelines, along with SGS test reports. These documents help ensure smooth customs clearance and reduce inspection delays.
- Each pipe is 100% inspected before packaging. Third-party inspections are welcome, and factory audits can be arranged upon request.
- For export packaging, we use standard seaworthy packing: plastic caps on both ends, wrapped in anti-rust film for protection.
- We provide a real warranty. If any quality issue is confirmed upon arrival, we will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP terms.
