1. Fast Installation: Grooved pipe fittings only require the installation of the supplied standard parts, eliminating the need for welding and galvanizing. Therefore, installation is significantly faster than threaded and flanged connections. Furthermore, the clamps allow for automatic pipe centering, greatly improving construction efficiency and effectively shortening the installation period.

2. Safe and Reliable: The grooving machine and hole opener used during installation are specialized tools provided by the manufacturer, ensuring precise grooving of the pipe ends. The sealing ring inside the clamp grips the pipe, achieving a self-tightening seal; the higher the internal pressure, the better the seal. The nominal pressure of the fittings can reach up to 2.5 MPa.

3. Easy Installation: Grooved pipe fittings require fewer bolts for tightening, making operation convenient. Only a wrench is needed for assembly and disassembly. Workers do not require special skills and can be trained before starting work.

4. Economical: Grooved clamp connections do not damage the galvanized layer, eliminating the need for secondary installation, galvanizing, and handling of pipelines, thus significantly reducing installation costs. Their rapid installation speed shortens the construction period, allowing projects to be put into use earlier and generating economic benefits sooner.

5. Environmentally friendly. Grooved pipe fittings eliminate the need for welding and open flame operations during piping and installation, resulting in no welding slag pollution and no damage to the inner and outer galvanized layers of the pipe. This prevents pollution of the construction site and surrounding environment and is beneficial for fire prevention. The gaps between the pipe ends in grooved connections reduce the transmission of noise and vibration.

6. Unrestricted by installation site, easy to maintain. Grooved pipe fittings can be pre-assembled and adjusted arbitrarily before bolt locking. The piping sequence is non-directional, allowing operation in relatively confined workspaces and locations. Maintenance only requires removing two joints for cleaning and replacement.
