Legitimate products must come with a test report, focusing on verifying zinc coating thickness (national standard requirement ≥65μm), bending performance (no cracks), and flattening test (no delamination). During installation, please note: 1. Apply anti-rust paint to cut ends to prevent localized corrosion caused by zinc coating damage; 2. Use special sealing tape at threaded connections to prevent leakage; 3. For applications involving long-term exposure to strong acids or alkalis, carefully assess the zinc coating consumption rate. Regularly checking the integrity of the zinc coating at pipe connections and bends can significantly extend service life.

Compared to ordinary steel pipes, galvanized pipes have a service life 2-3 times longer, with a more pronounced advantage in humid environments. The hot-dip galvanizing process creates a high-strength zinc coating that is not easily peeled off, making it particularly suitable for outdoor or underground installations. The 3-inch cross-sectional area is moderate, meeting residential drainage needs without increasing costs due to excessively large pipe diameters.
